Next Day Delivery: 2 working days after receiving your dispatch email.
Standard Delivery: 5 working days after receiving your dispatch email
As soon as your order’s been despatched, you’ll receive an email from either DPD or EvRi with a tracking number.
You can then choose to have your parcel delivered to a safe place and/or a neighbour, change the delivery time, or send the parcel to your nearest collection point for you to pick up at your convenience. Simply check out your courier’s website or app, follow the link to EvRi’s website here or download the DPD app here.
Please note that if you’ve separately arranged with our courier to leave your parcel in a “safe place”, then sadly Poundland can’t accept any liability for any subsequent loss if your parcel goes astray.
You have the right to cancel your complete order within 14 days for a full refund (inc. shipping cost), of which will be issued back to the payment method used on your original order. However, it’s your responsibility to cover the return cost of postage and to return the goods in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
Poundland can’t be will not be responsible for the loss of returned goods, so we advise you to retain your proof of shipping when sending your products back to us.
This right does not extend to cancellation of part orders or orders not returned in their original packing and re-sellable condition.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us here with your order number so we can direct you further.
Poundland reserves the right not to accept orders from individuals who repeatedly cancel full orders.

Top In-Store FAQs
If you’ve recently shopped with us, you’ll find the telephone number of the store on the top of your receipt. You can also visit our Store Finder, enter the nearest postcode or name of the town for the store that you’re looking for, and click “GO”. You’ll be provided with a list of the first five Poundland stores nearest to the post code that you entered.
Please check your receipt before leaving the store as it’s not always possible to rectify mistakes afterwards. Keep hold of your receipt and query any overcharge with your local Store Manager on your next visit.
Please contact your local store directly where one of our colleagues can check availability of stock. Use our Store Finder to find your nearest stores telephone number.
Return the product to your local store on your next visit, with your receipt, and our colleagues will happily exchange or refund it for you. Check out our Returns page here for more information.

Poundland Perks is our way for you to get even more value at Poundland – save money, earn treats, and have a bit of fun along the way. To benefit from Poundland Perks in stores, you will need to download and register on the Poundland Perks App.
Yes, your Perks account is the same as your Poundland.co.uk account. You can use the same account to place an order online that you would use to log in to the app to scan your barcode in-store.
Please allow 48 hours for your transaction to appear on your account.
It’s easy to claim your Loyalty Vouchers. All you must do to convert your points to a voucher is turn the toggle on. Once the toggle is on, all your points accumulated till the 15th of the month will be converted into a voucher. Your Loyalty Vouchers should be visible in your rewards section on the 15th or the date falling on the next business day, ready to be used. Remember that they expire in three months.
You can use your Loyalty Voucher at one of our stores in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland or online. Present it to a colleague at the till and scan your Loyalty Voucher barcode from the app.
No, there is no minimum spend. However, the cost of goods must be greater than the value of the voucher, as no change will be given. When you redeem your vouchers, you will need to scan your Loyalty ID barcode at the till.
